Common pricing questions.

Are there any add-on fees?
The $20/month standard platform features virtual terminal, hosted page, invoicing, recurring, vault, surcharging, L2/L3, and reporting. Add-ons are scoped to your specific business needs and discussed during onboarding so there are no surprises.
Do I need to commit to a contract?
No. CoreGateway is month-to-month.
Are ACH the same price as cards?
ACH are typically billed at a separate per-transaction flat rate (lower than card on a percentage basis). Talk to us for the current ACH rate based on your volume and verticals.
What does "pass-through interchange" mean?
Interchange is the fee the card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) charge on every transaction - it's set by the network and varies by card type. CoreGateway passes this fee through to you at cost, without adding a markup. Many gateways quietly mark up interchange; we don't.
Can I see a sample statement?
Yes. Book a demo and we'll walk through a real-volume sample statement on the call so you can see exactly how your charges would look.
Do you have higher-volume pricing?
For merchants processing very high volume, we can offer a custom interchange-plus rate. Talk to sales for specifics.
What about the ISO / partner program?
