I am using USPS real-time quotes, but the USPS drop down menu is not displaying on the front end, what is the issue?

When this happens, the USPS API is telling you that you are NOT authorized to connect to the server. You will have to call USPS and request to be moved to the production server as per the USPS instructions. USPS requires you to call their internet customer care center at 1-800-344-7779 and request your account be moved to the production server.
