How much does CoreMobile cost?
CoreMobile is $15/month for up to 5 users, plus $15/month for each additional 5 users. Transaction fees are interchange plus 0.50% + $0.15 per transaction. Interchange is the base cost set by the card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and varies by card type. No setup fee, no contracts.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your monthly fee is $15 for up to 5 users, and your processing cost is interchange + 0.50% + $0.15 per transaction. There are no setup fees, no cancellation fees, no PCI compliance fees, and no statement fees.
Can I pass the processing fee to my customers?
Yes. CoreMobile includes a surcharging option that lets you pass the processing fee to your customers at the point of sale. This is fully compliant and configurable within the app. When enabled, the customer sees the surcharge amount before they tap to pay.
What payment methods does CoreMobile accept?
CoreMobile accepts tap-to-pay credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and any NFC-enabled wearable device such as smartwatches and fitness bands. All payments are contactless tap-to-pay.
How fast do I get my money?
Funds are deposited to your linked bank account the next business day. There is no hold period and no rolling reserve for standard accounts.
Do I need a contract?
No. There are no contracts and no commitments. You can cancel your CoreMobile account at any time with zero cancellation fees. Your account stays active as long as you want it.
