You pay a simple flat monthly platform fee for everything above. We never take a percentage of your donations, and we never prompt donors to tip us. When a donor covers the processing fee, 100% of their gift reaches you, that's the only thing that's ever “free.”

No, CoreCause is a paid platform with a simple flat monthly fee. What's free is the outcome for your cause: when a donor chooses to cover the processing fee, 100% of their gift reaches your organization.
Do donors have to cover the fee?+
Never. Covering the processing fee is a single optional toggle at checkout. If a donor declines, their gift still goes through, the fee is simply deducted as it would be anywhere else.
Does CoreCause ask donors to tip the platform?+
No. We only ever offer to let a donor cover the payment-processing fee on their own gift. We do not solicit tips or gratuities for CoreCause, that revenue model isn't ours.
What does the monthly platform fee include?+
