Merchant services for contractors
Get paid at the job site. Funded by tomorrow.
Materials are bought upfront and invoices get paid late. Taking the card before you leave the driveway, with the money in your account the next morning, changes how the whole job cash-flows.

Trades finance the job. Getting paid shouldn’t add to that.
You bought the materials, you paid the crew, and now you're waiting thirty days on an invoice. Card on completion plus next-day funding closes most of that gap without a financing product.
On site
Paid before you leave
Tap to pay works directly on an iPhone or Android with no hardware to carry, charge, or lose. The customer taps, you're done.
Staged jobs
Deposits and progress payments
Text a payment link for the deposit before you order materials, and again at each milestone. Nothing to mail, nothing to chase.
Cash flow
Next-day funding
A Thursday afternoon job deposits Friday morning. That's the difference between making Friday payroll and floating it.
No surprise holds
Large tickets, no panic
A single large invoice doesn't trigger a hold, because your typical job size was reviewed during underwriting rather than flagged after the fact.
However the job ends, take the card.
Truck, office, and phone all settle into one merchant account and one next-day deposit.
No hardware
Tap to pay on your phone
Accept contactless cards and digital wallets directly on an iPhone or Android. No reader, no dongle, nothing extra in the truck.
Chip and swipe
Countertop terminal
A standalone terminal for chip, swipe, and PIN debit when you take cards at a shop or office, for the customers who don't tap.
Remote payment
Payment links by text
Text or email a link for deposits, progress payments, and final invoices. The customer pays on their phone, you see it settle.
Office and phone
Virtual terminal
Key a card over the phone from the office, with no hardware at all. Useful for repeat customers and account billing.
Set up between jobs, not during one.
Four steps, and none of them require you to be at a desk.
Send a recent statement
If you're already taking cards, we read your real effective rate. If you're not, we quote against your expected volume and typical ticket size.
A person underwrites it
Typically 24 to 48 hours. Large tickets and irregular monthly volume are normal for trades, and they get reviewed by someone who knows that.
You install the app
Tap to pay works on the phone you already carry, and a countertop terminal ships preconfigured if you want chip and swipe too.
You take the first card
Most contractors are taking payment within a week of applying.
What card processing costs a trade business
Contractors usually take fewer, larger payments than most merchants, which flips the usual math. Percentage rate matters much more than per-item fees when the average ticket is four figures.
Ticket size
Large tickets favor rate
On a $4,000 invoice, a 30 cent per-item fee is irrelevant and a quarter point of rate is $10. Any quote built for small-ticket retail is the wrong quote for you.
Acceptance method
Keyed and remote payments
A card keyed over the phone or paid through a link costs more than one tapped on site. Taking the card in person where you can is worth real money.
Card mix
Commercial cards
Customers paying on business cards carry different interchange than consumer cards. Interchange-plus shows you that; flat-rate blends it away.
Effective rate
What to compare
Divide total fees by total card volume on your last statement. That effective rate is the only figure worth comparing.
Common questions for contractors.
Common questions
Anything else, ask a person: (615) 943-9373.
Do I need any hardware?+
No. Tap to pay works directly on an iPhone or Android, so a contactless card or phone can be tapped against your device. A countertop terminal is available if you also need chip and swipe.
Can I take a deposit before starting a job?+
Yes. Text or email a payment link and the customer pays from their phone. It settles into the same account and deposits next business day, same as an on-site payment.
Will a large invoice cause a hold?+
No. Typical and maximum job size are reviewed during underwriting, before you go live. We don't re-underwrite mid-stream, so one big job doesn't get flagged.
What if my volume is uneven month to month?+
That's normal in the trades and it's discussed during underwriting rather than treated as a risk signal afterward. Seasonal and project-driven swings are expected.
Can I add the processing cost to the invoice?+
In most states, yes, through compliant surcharging. Rules vary by state and card brand, and debit cards can never be surcharged. We configure it correctly for where you work.
When exactly do funds arrive?+
Batch by your cutoff time and the deposit lands the next business day, typically by 8:00 AM. Weekend and holiday batches deposit the following business day.
Can I use this with my existing invoicing software?+
Often, yes. Tell us what you're using and we'll confirm. Payment links work alongside any invoicing system if there's no direct integration.
Are there setup fees or contracts?+
No setup fee, no monthly minimum, and no hidden fees. Accounts are month-to-month with no cancellation fee, so nothing locks you in beyond the month you're in.
