Publishing the pre-designed header template file strips out all CSS from the front end.

If the predesigned template was installed before a certain time, it will be using different CSS includes than the latest templates.  The template SKU, look & feel will still be the same but CSS file paths will be different.  Because of this the site may look broken if you publish the header file with the following <head> code:

<head>##HEAD##</head>

The token will include everything as it should but since the CSS files used by the site have been deprecated, they won't be automatically added by the token.  To address this, simply change the <head> code to the following (make sure to replace 00160-1 with the actual SKU of the template used by the cilent):

<head>

##HEAD##

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="##MERCHANT_URL##/00160-1/design/css/style.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="##MERCHANT_URL##/00160-1/design/css/dswidget.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="##MERCHANT_URL##/00160-1/design/css/percentage.css" />
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="##MERCHANT_URL##/00160-1/design/css/nds.css" />

</head>
