Set Up Automatic Order Shipped Email Notifications For Customers

Each time an order is moved to shipped status you can have an email go out to the customer letting them know the order has been shipped.
To enable automatic order shipped email notifications for customers:
- Log in to the admin panel of your online store.
- Click on in the top right hand of the admin panel.
- Click on Store Settings.
- Click on the Notifications tab.
- Check the box labeled "Send Customer Email When Orders are Moved to Shipped."
- Click Save when finished.
- Each time an order is moved to shipped status your customer will receive an email letting know the order has been shipped. This email will contain the tracking number (if entered by the admin) in this email.
