How does it work exactly?

We’ll help you form a list of tasks for the user to complete, such as find a specific category in your site’s navigation/menu or add a particular item into the shopping cart, for example. A few users will be selected from a panel comprised of your targeted demographic to complete the tasks via video while talking about their experience, from their first impressions on your site to how simple/difficult the task is.

What happens after the user testing is complete?

A member of our staff will set up a time to view the user testing video with you, discuss insights and answer questions.

How long does the entire process take?

Typically a video can be requested and delivered within 24 hours. After we receive the video, our team will schedule a time to present the user testing video and answer questions or offer suggestions.
