How does it work exactly?
We’ll help you form a list of tasks for the user to complete, such as find a specific category in your site’s navigation/menu or add a particular item into the shopping cart, for example. A few users will be selected from a panel comprised of your targeted demographic to complete the tasks via video while talking about their experience, from their first impressions on your site to how simple/difficult the task is.
