Yes, you receive FTP access with any plan, including the free trial. To get your FTP credentials you can do the following:

• Log into your CoreCommerce admin panel
• Hover over Account at the top right of the screen
• Click on FTP Access
• You will see the Host and Username. You will need to click the "Reset" link in order to get your password
• You will need to have a FTP program (like FileZilla or WS_FTP Pro) in order to connect using FTP.

NOTE: Be careful when you copy and paste the Username or Password into your FTP client. Often this creates a blank space at the end of your password which will make the connection fail due to incorrect login credentials.
