How do I create or alter my Splash Page?

To edit your splash page:

In your CoreCommerce admin, hover over the Site Content tab
Click on View Pages
Hover over the drop-down that says "Add New Page" on the right side and choose "Splash Page"
Edit the page, and then click Publish
