If your HTML sitemap doesn't seem to work or you're getting a "Sitemap for your languages could not be found" error when you try to access it, there a couple of things you can do that will most likely fix this issue.

• In your CoreCommerce admin, hover over the Settings link in the top right
• Click on the Inventory Settings link in the drop down menu
• Make sure the gray Products tab is selected at the top
• Scroll down until you see the "Product Actions" drop down
• Select Rebuild Sitemaps from the menu
• Press the GO button to the right of the drop down

If the sitemap still doesn't seem to work, try the following:

• Connect to your FTP server (see this article on how to do this)
• Change the /sitemaps/ folder permissions to 777
• Repeat the steps in the first section of this article

This should take care of most problems.  If you're still experiencing an issue however, contact our support and we can get it cleared up for you.
