You have a few options as to how you want to track inventory for your products. You can not track it at all, track it by product, track it by options or personalizations (variants), or track it by items to create bundle.

With the last option, you can essentially create a new product that is comprised of existing products. When you use this option, it subtracts inventory from each product tied to this product. For example, you have Battery & Charger kit, and the two products tied to this kit are 1 battery and 1 charger. When you order this kit, it will remove 1 battery and 1 charger from your inventory.

You can find the Track Inventory setting in the Inventory section on the edit product screen.
