Outgoing emails not sending
|
Please ensure to check the box next to "My outgoing Server (SMTP) Requires Authentication" in your Outgoing SMTP preferences. This will enable "SMTP Authentication". If you need help finding please let me know which email client you are using. In Outlook you get this by clicking on the "More Settings" button when editing an email account. Also try changing your SMTP port to Port 587 from port 25. You also need to make sure you have your SMTP port checked to use TLS encryption. If you cannot still send out this most likely means your host is blocking port 25. This means you will need to use your ISP's smtp to send out emails. |
