Receiving OrdersWhen an order is placed, you can view the entire order, print packing slip/invoice directly in your store's admin area through your web browser. You will also receive an email receipt when an order is placed, along with your customer containing the details of the order. You can choose which status a customer's order is currently in such as: Pending, Approved, Shipped, Backordered, Returned, Voided, Declined and more.You can also choose to receive text message alerts when an order is placed! |

Shipping ProvidersYou can create unlimited shipping zones with CoreCommerce. This way you can have different shipping options for Tennessee and Florida for example. CoreCommerce supports all of the major shipping providers. This includes support for USPS shipping label printing (includes support for all domestic methods) and FedEx shipping label printing and UPS shipping label printing, along with delivery tracking, and off-line customized shipping methods that support extra handling fees. You can use UPS, USPS, FedEx, FedEx Freight, DHL, Canada Post or Australia Post for real-time shipping calculations using product weights, including size dimensions. Add Products / CategoriesYou can add your product and unlimited number of categories and sub-categories with your web browser directly in your administration panel. It is really as simple as just point and click. You just fill out a simple form and click save. Immediately your products and categories will be added to your store. Inventory ManagementYou can keep track of your store's inventory at any time directly through your store's admin interface using your web browser. Drop Shipping (Warehouse Support)Directly through your admin interface, using your web browser, you can create unlimited amount of vendors and match products to vendors with CoreCommerce. These vendors can be emailed when an order is placed using one of their products. Vendors can also be used for real-time shipping calculations. If you have vendors from different zip/postal codes you can have the real-time shipping calculations use the vendors zip/postal codes for calculations. You can also allow vendors to manage their own inventory. The vendors have their own admin interface where they can login with their web browser and update their inventory and add products. |

E-Goods (Downloadable Products)You can sell e-goods or downloadable products with CoreCommerce. With e-goods once a customer places an order they can download the e-good product using a special dynamic link for each e-good item. You can choose in the admin area, with your web browser, how many clicks or how many days until the link expires and is no longer valid. You can also choose to only have the download link be valid for the specific IP address used by the customer placing the order. You can also have e-goods for product options/variants. There are no shipping charges if an order contains only e-good products. |

UPS WorldshipWith CoreCommerce, you can export all of your orders into UPS Worldship. This specially formatted file, which is downloaded directly through your web browser, will automate the order entry process into UPS Worldship. Subscription / Reocurring Orders (Auto-Ship)You can create subscription/recurring orders with CoreCommerce. We are integrated with Authorize.net's ARB system, if you would like a third party system to automatically charge credit cards. CoreCommerce can handle your subscription charges with Skipjack, DirectOne, Innovative, Payflow Pro, USA Epay, Authorize.net and Linkpoint. You can configure the countries where you accept subscription orders from and set the timeline in days, months or years. All charges are automatic and you choose what time you want the orders charged. You can receive an email report of the charges ran and you can choose if a customer can disable the subscription orders in the customer my account section. There are also decline rules you can set, such as the maximum number of declines you wan t o accept before an order is inactive and the number of days you want CoreCommerce to wait before attempting to charge the credit card again after a decline. You can also set your own terms and conditions for the subscription orders. |

ExportsYou can export your products or customer information at any time in csv (comma separated values) format through your admin area. Some customers with a lot of products, prefer to export products in batch and update them using Microsoft Excel and upload them back into CoreCommerce, instead of updating them directly in the admin area. |

Product Options / VariantsYou can have product options/variants with your CoreCommerce store. You just enter them in for each product in your admin area, using your web browser. An example of an option/variant is a drop down of sizes for a t-shirt. You can use drop down menus, radio buttons or checkboxes (or mix and match). You can have inventory control for product options and be able to set prices for each option (example: XXL needs to add an additional $15 or XXL will make the price be $35). You can also have options control each other for inventory purposes. Example would be T-shirt where if the color "red" is chosen will only display "Small and Large", but if "blue" is chosen only "X-Large" will display. You can have multiple options for a product (example: Size, Color and Font options).Important: Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT count options against your product count for your plan. |

Sales Tax / VATCoreCommerce has an easy-to-use sales tax wizard built right into your store admin area. Once you set this up CoreCommerce will auto-calculate sales tax for your customers. If you are collecting sales tax for the United States, you simply choose which US state(s) you want to collect sales tax, choose if you charge tax percentage at the state level, county level or zip code level and if you calculate tax before or after discounts. You can also mark products as not being taxable so they avoid any sales tax. CoreCommerce also has support for the Canadian tax system, where you can charge for each province either GST, PST, HST, QST or PEI tax. For all other countries, CoreCommerce supports the VAT or GST taxation. You can choose which countries you need to charge tax and then choose if the tax is inclusive or exclusive of your product pricing (typically used for VAT when tax has already been built into the product price). |

Customer Membership GroupsYou can create customer membership groups directly in the admin area, through your web browser. You can setup groups like "Wholesalers" or "Distributors" or any other name you want to create. You can choose to make a certain group tax exempt (ie Wholesalers), you can restrict certain areas of your store only to specific customer groups. This way only certain groups like "Wholesalers" can view certain categories/products. You can setup specific pricing tied to this membership group. This way a product can be one price for your retail customers and be a different price for "Wholesalers". |

Auto Resize ImagesWhen you upload your photos using your CoreCommerce admin area, your photos can be automatically resized. For example you can upload a large photo for your thumbnail and CoreCommerce can automatically resize the image to thumbnail size without losing quality or becoming distorted. This will save your store hard drive space and reduce the amount of bandwidth usage for your store by having smaller files sizes. |

Multiple Language SupportCoreCommerce supports multiple languages. If you need a store to have English and Spanish or any other language, CoreCommerce can make this happen for you. We provide you a file with all of the English phrases. You can use this file to translate multiple languages and those languages will be available in your store. This includes product names, teaser, description , photos, category names and more. |

CouponsYou can create unlimited amount of coupons for your customers directly in your admin area, through your web browser. You can create coupon codes, set the discount to be a percentage amount or an exact amount, require a certain sub-total to be met before the coupon is valid, set the total number of times a coupon can be used before it is invalid, tie coupons to only specific products or specific vendor or categories, tie coupons to a specific customer group, set an expiration date for the coupon and set a start date for the coupon. The customer can enter the coupon during the checkout process and have the coupon automatically applied to their total. With each order you can view what coupon was used and even receive a coupon report detailing which coupons are being used most often by your customers. |

Gift CertificatesYour customers can purchase gift certificates through your store or you can create gift certificates in your admin area, through your web browser. You can choose to create either an online gift certificate or a mail gift certificate. Any online gift certificate will be auto-generated and given to the customer. When the customer is checking out on your store, they can enter in a gift certificate to be applied to the total. You can view any remaining gift certificate balances for any customer in your admin area. |

ReportsCoreCommerce comes with over 13 reports, including Google Analytics integration and Google Analytics conversion tracking. They range from Gross Sales, Sales Tax, Best Seller, Vendor Sales, Product Cost, Registry Inventory, Credit Card Usage, Keyword Tracking, Product Search, Coupon Usage, Affiliate Sales, Affiliate Payout and Affiliate Payout History reports. All reports are accessed in your store's admin area with your web browser. You can pick from a predefined date range or add your own custom date range. You can also export any report to Microsoft Excel or any other spreadsheet program. We also provide 3D graphs/pie charts for certain reports. |

Affiliate ProgramThis will allow other web sites to create marketing buzz for your store and they will receive a commission for each sale they make through a specific URL just for them. CoreCommerce has two options for the affiliate program. The 1st is the built-in free affiliate program. This is where you can set a specific percentage for each sale for any customer. Each affiliate will have a special login area where they can receive their tracking URL code, along with the balance owed. We are also integrated with Idevaffiliate affiliate software. If you want to use Idevaffliate affiliate you will need to purchase their software and find a hosting account with another provider just for their software only. |

WishlistsYour customers can add items on the store catalog to a wishlist for future viewing and future purchasing with CoreCommerce. When your customers go to your store catalog then click on a "add to wishlist" link. This will automatically save the item into the customers wishlist. The item will stay in the customers wishlist, even if the customer closes their web browser or logs out of the store. Once the customer logs back into the store, the wishlist item can be viewed or modified. |

Gift RegistryYou can have baby, wedding or any other type of registry with CoreCommerce. You create the name of the registry in the admin area of the store, choose the maximum number of products that can be added to any one registry, have a special link on your store for customers to create their own registries and allow customers to make purchases from existing registries by finding the registry they want to purchase from by using our registry finder tool. |

eBay IntegrationPost Your Products on Ebay! You can now post an item to be sold on eBay directly through CoreCommerce. This can save you time and allow you to open up an entire new sales channel with eBay. Directly in the admin area you can simply click a button to post a product to ebay. From there you can choose from fixed price or auction and enter in the details of the item. You can even choose if you want the item to be featured, bold and many other choices eBay gives you to promote your product. From there you can post your product live on ebay.com! |

Product PersonalizationIf your products require special personalization where customers can type in text or upload photos to specific products (typically for embroidery or customized clothing), this feature is perfect for you. Reward PointsWith reward points, directly in your store admin area using your web browser, you can create rules to calculate reward points for your customers. Reward points will turn into gift certificates for your customers to use for your store. |

NewslettersYou can send out newsletters to your customers to let your customers know about any specials or marketing efforts, directly from your store's admin area using your web browser. During checkout your customers are asked if they want to sign-up for your newsletter. If the customer does sign-up they will be added to your email list. Product ReviewsWith CoreCommerce, you can have product reviews. This will allow your customers to create product reviews for any of your products. This can help other customers in their buying decisions. IP BlockingYou can block certain IP addresses from placing orders through your store, along with creating a custom message, which would display during checkout to only those customers. This feature is helpful in trying to minimize fraudulent orders. |
