Matt DeLong, President/CEO
Matt DeLong is the original founder of Sum Effect Software, Inc. and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. He also serves on the Board of Directors.
Matt brings significant technical and business experience to the table which allows him to play a crucial role in product development.
Matt's diverse business background includes experience as a successful entrepreneur and a proven executive business leader. He has overseen tremendous revenue growth, employee growth, and sustained profitability during his tenure. Matt is married with two daughters.
Nick McDuffie, COO
Nick McDuffie serves as Chief Operating Officer for Sum Effect Software, Inc. and is responsible for revenue, market strategy and overall operational excellence. Nick also serves on the Board of Directors.
During Nick's term, Sum Effect Software has experienced surging revenue growth and has implemented strategies which have increased our market position for our e-commerce software.
Nick currently holds a BS of Communications from Austin Peay State University. Nick is married with two sons.
Kris Graffagnino, Director of Sales
Kris comes from a sales background and has 8 years of sales experience and is responsible for sales training and sales goals.
He is responsible for implementing numerous innovations to increase revenues with Sum Effect Software, Inc. Kris joined the company in 2003.
Kris has a BS of Communications from Louisiana State University.
Nikita Makeyev, Director of Development
Nikita is the youngest member of the management team and is originally from the Russian Federation. He has been in the US since 2000 and is fluent in both English and Russian languages.
Nikita manages production as well as research and development. Nikita joined the company in 2006 and has contributed greatly to its growth. He has held several positions within the company before becoming a director, which gives him a unique perspective of the company as a whole.
Nikita has a BS of Game Design and Development from Fullsail Real World Education University. He has been programming for four years and is comfortable in numerous programming languages.
Terry Thomas, Director of Support
Terry has 15 years of management experience and joined the company in 2005.
Terry oversees the tech support call center and is responsible for all customer satisfaction.
Terry has an Associates Degree of Computer Science in Software Application Programming from ITT Tech. Terry has one son and one daughter.
