Responsiblities
- Providing excellent customer service at all times. Must be willing to go the extra mile to solve customer issues.
- Proactively monitor customer support tickets
- Answer phone questions from customers
- Ensure that all tickets and phone calls are handled within with excellent support
- Escalate tickets as needed
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule if you become a senior member of customer operations
- Ability to work weekdays/weekends and overtime as needed
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of internet web based software
- Limited knowledge of html/css
- Experience in solving customer issues
- Passionate in helping customers
- Experience in online ecommerce software a plus
