PayPal has scheduled emergency maintenance for this evening, 6/9, from 11:10 PM PDT – 11:25 PM PDT. As this will include a short service interruption for all customers, I wanted to ensure you were aware.
This affects all PayPal products.

Paypal has sent this message out about a migration they are doing on March 18, 2011. This means anyone using Paypal’s products listed below will not be able to process payments during those time. This is the direct message from PayPal:
Payflow Live Database migration will take place between March 18, 2:00 AM PDT (Mar 18, 9:00 AM GMT) and Mar 18, 3:00 AM PDT (Mar 18, 10:00 AM GMT).
Mentioned below is the additional impact during this activity:
6. Merchants using one of the following processors will experience a service disruption
a. (FDRA) First Data International
b. (MAPP) Global Payments – Central
c. (MONE) Moneris
d. (CSIN) Citibank Singapore
Please note that merchants on other processors will only be able to process Non-Reference Authorization and Sale transactions.
7. Merchants will receive a Result Code 127("Fraud Protection Services Filter – not processed by filters") against transactions using PayFlow Pro Fraud Protection Service.
8. Duplicate Suppression feature will be unavailable. Transactions using Duplicate Suppression will complete, but return Result Code -1.
9. Merchants using PayFlow Pro Recurring Billing Service will be unable to perform the following operations
a. Add (ACTION=A)
b. Modify (ACTION=M)
c. Reactivate (ACTION=R)
d. Cancel (ACTION=C)
e. Inquiry (ACTION=I)
f. Payment (ACTION=P)
10. Website Payments Pro PayFlow Edition merchants and PayFlow Pro merchants using PayPal Mark will experience the following :
Transactions submitted through www.paypal.com or PayPal APIs will not be reflected in PayPal Manager(https://manager.paypal.com) or Reports.
