Matt founded Sum Effect in 2001 and launched CoreCommerce in 2008. As CEO, he built CoreCommerce into a successful e-commerce business that powers over 13,000 online stores.
Matt's background as a programmer has been a driving force behind the company's growth and development. A lifelong entrepreneur, Matt has started 17 businesses and enjoys the learning process that comes with it.
Besides working on developing new projects and features, Matt enjoys sailing, robotics, and watching movies with his wife and two daughters.
Vance joined SumEffect in May 2012 as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer after serving on the Board of Directors since 2004.
A graduate of Kansas State University with over 30 years of management experience, Vance is passionate about encouraging growth in people and organizations. After hours, you can find him keeping up with his wife and nine grandchildren, reading and planning his next international missions trip.
Vance's secret powers are making balloon animals and being awesome at Words with Friends.
Nikita is the Director of Development and has been with the company since 2006.
He graduated from Full Sail University in 2006 and is comfortable in numerous programming languages.
Nikita brings an innovative, creative perspective to research and development.
He is an avid reader, into PC gaming and is fluent in Russian.
Nikita enjoys spending time with his wife, two cats and two dogs. He also recently started practicing kendo so we're well protected at the office.
Kris was the original hire for the company back in 2003 and has been around ever since.
He is a graduate of Louisiana State University and is the Director of Sales, with 11 years of sales expertise under his belt.
Kris is from New Orleans and is a huge fan of LSU and the Saints.
When he isn't hanging out with his wife and daughter, Kris loves playing video games, woodworking and staying healthy.
Terry has been with SumEffect since 2005 as the Director of Customer Support, bringing over 20 years of management experience.
He is dedicated to customer satisfaction and leads our amazing customer support team. In addition to his expertise, he has a degree in Software Application Programming from ITT Tech.
Terry enjoys spending time with his son and daughter, playing the stock market, programming and playing guitar. He even jammed with Johnny Cash once, which makes him a legend around here.
